A Complete Auto Transfer will need the following information in order to provide you with a accurate auto transport quote. Visit our quote page to fill out the form, so that we have all the information needed for the transport of your vehicle.

 

Arrow Year and make of the auto or vehicle to be transported.

Arrow List any specialties such as ground lowering affects, oversize tires, or fog lights. Some specialty items such as luggage racks, brush guards and lift kits may create special problems.

Arrow Location you wish the automobile picked up from, and the destination you need the auto to be transported to. Our office staff will determine the logistics of the trip and timing of the auto or vehicle transport and give you a free, no obligation, transport quote.

Arrow Once you have accepted the auto transport quote the assigned auto transport driver will be informed of the pick up time, which will revolve around your work and personal events, so we can both accommodate both you and the vehicle transport driver.

Arrow The auto transport driver will call 24 hours prior to the pickup to confirm the details.

Arrow When the vehicle transport driver shows up to pick up the vehicle, he will perform a FULL INSPECTION of the automobile.

Arrow The auto transport driver will then give you a estimate of the arrival date.

Arrow 24 hours prior to arrival the driver will contact the delivery point and schedule the transport and delivery of the vehicle.

Arrow At the time of the delivery the vehicle transport driver will go over the car for another inspection and the delivery person will be asked to sign off on the delivery.
Arrow If there is any new damage to the automobile, it must be brought to the drivers attention at the time of delivery.

Arrow Upon delivery the driver will need to be paid by cashier's check or cash.
